As a certified yoga instructor, pianist, and educator, I offer sessions that incorporate gentle stretches and breathing exercises specifically designed for pianists, students, and teachers. These movements promote ease, alignment, and expressive playing with a sense of effortlessness. In addition to supporting physical well-being, the sessions also address the psychological and emotional aspects of managing performance-related pressure and anxiety.
